Carol Sudder (Owner/Manager)

Carol is married, with two children and has been involved with the preschool for over 20 years. She graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University with a BA  in childhood studies in July 2011 and gained Early Years Professional (EYP) status in December 2015.

Sam Rennie (Deputy Manager)

 She has 2 children, and started working for the preschool in January 2014.  Sam is Level 3 qualified. Sam is also our Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and has recently gained her level 3 qualification in SENCO.

Jane Wright (Senior Early Years Practitioner)

Jane started working at the preschool in September 2017. Jane studied at Shipley College and gained her level 3 Childrens care, learning and development in 2009. 

She has a young son. Jane is our designated Safguarding lead (DSL).

Faye Davies (Senior Early Years Practitioner)

Faye is married with a daughter. She qualified as an NNEB in June 1994 and has been working at the preschool since November 2008.  Faye loves doing displays and creative work with the children.

Leah Walker (Senior Early Years Practioner)

Leah joined the team at preschool in September 2021.  She holds a level 3 certificate- Early Years Educator qualification. Leah enjoys crafting and has three children.

Amelia Martin (Senior Early Years Practitioner)

Amelia joined us at Warley in November 2024. Amelia holds a level 3 childcare qulification and has a daughter.

Cassandra Jackson (Early Years Practitioner)

Cassie  started working at the preschool in April 2016.

Cassie holds level 3 Childcare, learning and development. 

 She has two young sons.

Jenna McGill (Early Years Practitioner)

Jenna joined us in November 2022. She holds a level 3 diploma in Childcare & Education. She has a daughter and enjoys singing.

Aisha Wade (Early Years Practitioner)

Aisha joined the team in September 2023 and gained her level 3 early years educator (distinction) in 2025.

Aisha has 2 grown up children and enjoys going to the gym and keeping fit.

Alivia Wilkinson (Early Years Practitioner)

Alivia started with us as a student on work experience whilst studying for her level 3 in childcare and education. Alivia became a perminant member of the team in September 2025. 

Kim Fellows (Preschool Assistant)

Kim joined us in September 2021 and currently leads our Muddy Boots sessions. Kim has 3 children.

Brodie Greenwood (Early Years Apprentice)

Brodie joined the team at Warley in November 2024. Brodie is working towards her level 3 qualification in childcare.

Cherylea Calamatta (PreSchool Assistant)

Cherylea joined us in January 2023. She has two daughters and enjoys spending time with her family and shopping.

Scarlett Kane (Early Years Apprectice)

Scarlett joined the team at Warley PreSchool in September 2023 as an apprentice. Scarlett has a young son.
